2. Orders & Payment
- Orders can be placed through our website, and payments must be made in full before order processing unless otherwise specified.
- We accept the following payment methods:
    • Koko (Buy Now, Pay Later Service)
    • Mintpay (Installment Payment Solution)
    • WebX Pay (Online Payment Gateway for Credit/Debit Cards & Bank Transfers)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- Payments are processed securely, and we do not store or share your payment details.
- In the event of a payment failure, customers should contact their respective payment provider for resolution.

3. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after successful payment.
- Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the location and courier services.
- Shipping fees, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.
- In case of a failed delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, additional charges may apply.

4. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within [X] days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
